Erik Botes was admitted as an attorney during 1994, after he completed his clerkship in Bloemfontein. Shortly thereafter, he was also accredited to practice as a Conveyancer and Notary. Since 1999 he practices as an Attorney for his own account. Initially he was in partnership with a company in Mpumalanga and from 2000 trading under the name Botes Attorneys in the Moot area in Pretoria.

Fees
Our fees for drawing up marriage contracts amount to R850.00 inclusive.
For all other matters, where your problems are discussed and identified, an initial consultation fee of R570.00 per hour will be payable on the day of consultation. After that, fees are charged under a warrant which is submitted and discussed with the client in advance.
Cash, internet (EFT) payments and cheques are accepted. Unfortunately we do not have credit card payment facilities.
